首次设置会下载系统语言资源，用于之后的离线识别与搜索。下载完成后，日常拍照、识别和搜索不需要网络；iCloud 同步和 App 更新仍需联网。如果下载中断，保持网络连接并重新打开 App 即可继续。First launch downloads the system language resources used for offline recognition and search. Once that finishes, everyday capture, recognition and search work without a connection. iCloud sync and app updates still need one. If the download is interrupted, reconnect and open the app again to continue.

在首页点拍照，先拍物品，再拍它周围的收纳位置；确认名称时可以直接输入，也可以用语音。保存后，识别与索引会在后台准备。同一位置可以连续添加多件物品。Tap the camera on the Home tab. Photograph the item, then the storage place around it. Type or dictate a name, then save. Recognition and indexing prepare in the background. You can add several items from the same place in a row.

免费版可以记录 20 件物品、创建 2 个场景。已有记录仍可查看、搜索、编辑和导出；本地备份导出始终免费。超过额度时，需要高级版才能继续添加物品、创建场景或导入更大的备份。Free covers 20 items and 2 scenes. Existing records remain available to view, search, edit and export; local backup export is always free. Once you reach the limit, Premium is required to add more items, create more scenes or import a larger backup.

到「设置 → Fetchy」确认麦克风和语音识别权限已打开。第一次使用语音识别时，系统可能需要准备语言资源；在安静环境里靠近麦克风说话会更稳定。键盘输入始终可用。Open Settings → Fetchy and allow Microphone and Speech Recognition. The first use may need a moment while the system prepares language assets. A quiet room and speaking close to the microphone help. The keyboard is always available.

名称匹配会先出现；照片与语义索引需要一点时间。保持 App 在前台，或接上电源让后台任务继续。强制退出 App 会停止尚未完成的准备，下次打开后会继续。可以在「设置 → 搜索与识别」查看还有多少件未完成。Name matches appear first; photo and semantic indexing take a little longer. Keep the app open, or leave it charging so background work can continue. Force-quitting stops unfinished preparation; it resumes next time you open the app. Settings → Search & Recognition shows how many items are still pending.

可以按名称、外观、颜色、用途或类别搜索，也能匹配包装和标签上的文字。中文和英文都可以。名称证据优先，随后才是照片和位置线索。Search by name, appearance, color, purpose or category, and match text on packaging and labels. Both Chinese and English work. Name evidence is prioritised, followed by photo and location cues.

直接修改名称，或补一个更具体的标签、备注。名称在搜索里权重最高。如果很多物品都搜不准，再到「设置 → 搜索与识别 → 搜索维护」重建索引；重建会重新识别全部物品，只在异常时使用。Edit the name, or add a more specific tag or note. Names carry the most weight in search. If many items search poorly, rebuild from Settings → Search & Recognition → Search maintenance. A rebuild re-recognizes every item, so use it only when something is clearly wrong.

打开「设置 → Fetchy」，把相机、麦克风或语音识别打开，然后回到 App。语音输入同时需要麦克风和语音识别权限；只开一个可能无法工作。Open Settings → Fetchy and enable Camera, Microphone or Speech Recognition, then return to the app. Voice input needs both microphone and speech recognition access; one alone may not work.

照片保存在设备上，不会上传。不过通知、小组件和锁屏可能显示物品名称或照片；可以在系统设置里关闭预览。拍摄时也请避开人脸、证件和屏幕内容。Photos stay on the device and are not uploaded. Notifications, widgets and the Lock Screen may still show item names or photos; you can hide previews in system settings. When capturing, avoid faces, documents and screen content.

在「场景」页新建场景，取一个名字、选一个图标，再把物品加进去。可以为出发和归位分别设置日期或星期提醒。旅行、通勤、露营各建一份即可。On the Scenes tab, create a scene, give it a name and icon, then add items. Set outbound and return reminders by date or weekday. One list each for travel, commuting or camping is usually enough.

一键打包会把清单里的物品一次性标记为随行；一键归位会把它们标记为已归位。之后仍可以逐项调整。归位完成后，物品回到「在库」状态。Pack All marks every item in the list as packed; Return All marks them as returned. You can still adjust individual rows afterwards. When the return is complete, items go back to the stored state.

确认「设置 → 通知 → Fetchy」允许通知，检查专注模式是否拦截，再回场景里看出发或归位提醒是否开启、日期与时间是否正确。修改提醒后，打开 App 一次即可重新安排。Check Settings → Notifications → Fetchy, make sure a Focus mode is not holding it back, then confirm the outbound or return reminder is on and the date and time are right. After changing a reminder, open the app once so it can be rescheduled.

「拿走」记录一次取用，物品进入随行或待归位状态，可以顺手设置归还提醒；「移动」是换一个收纳位置，会更新位置照片和时间轴，物品仍在库。Take records a use: the item becomes packed or waiting to return, and you can set a return reminder. Move changes its storage place: the location photo and timeline update, and the item stays stored.

打开数量追踪，设置当前数量与补货阈值。记下消耗和补货后，数量不高于阈值时物品会进入「待补货」。阈值为 0 时，只显示已经用完的物品。Turn on quantity tracking, then set the current amount and a restock threshold. As you log use and restocks, items at or below the threshold move to Restock. With a threshold of 0, only items that are fully used up appear there.
