01适用范围Scope

本政策说明 Fetchy（iPhone 与 iPad 应用，以下简称「Fetchy」或「本应用」）以及本网站如何处理信息。Fetchy 由个人开发者邬麒霖提供，联系邮箱为 460781159@qq.com。This policy explains how Fetchy (the iPhone and iPad app, “Fetchy” or “the app”) and this website handle information. Fetchy is provided by individual developer Qilin Wu. Contact: 460781159@qq.com.

本页与 App 内「隐私政策」保持一致，并补充本网站自身的处理说明。若你所在地区的法律赋予你额外权利，这些权利不受本政策影响。This page matches the privacy policy inside the app and adds notes specific to this website. If local law gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

02我们收集什么What we collect

Fetchy 不需要注册账户。我们没有保存你物品库的服务器数据库，也不会收集你的物品、照片、位置或语音内容。App Store 的隐私答复为「不收集数据」。Fetchy requires no account. We do not operate a server database of your library and do not collect your items, photos, locations or voice content. The App Store privacy answer is “Data Not Collected”.

如果你主动发邮件给我们，邮件服务商会处理你的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件，用于回复与排查问题。请不要发送物品照片、备份或密码等不必要的私人信息。If you email us, our email provider processes your address, message and attachments to reply and troubleshoot. Please do not send item photos, backups, passwords or other unnecessary private information.

03设备端处理On-device processing

拍照后，物品照片与位置照片会保存在应用沙盒中。物品识别、照片文字提取、名称建议与搜索索引由打包在设备上的模型完成；搜索也在本机进行。我们不会把这些照片或识别结果上传到我们的服务器。After capture, item and location photos are saved in the app sandbox. Item recognition, text extraction, name suggestions and search indexing run on models bundled with the app; search also runs locally. We do not upload those photos or results to our servers.

首次设置时，系统可能需要下载语言资源，供之后的离线识别与搜索使用。该下载由系统提供，不包含你的物品内容。During first launch, the system may download language resources for later offline recognition and search. That download is provided by the system and does not contain your item content.

照片选择器只读取你主动选择的图片。语音输入使用系统语音识别，应用不保留录音文件。The photo picker only reads images you explicitly choose. Voice input uses system speech recognition; the app keeps no audio recording.

04权限Permissions

Fetchy 只在你使用相应功能时请求权限。你可以在 iOS 的「设置 → Fetchy」中随时更改；拒绝某一项不会删除已有记录。Fetchy asks for permissions only when you use the related feature. You can change them any time in iOS Settings → Fetchy; declining one does not delete existing records.

• 相机：拍摄物品和收纳位置。Camera: capture items and storage places.
• 麦克风与语音识别：通过语音输入物品名称；不保存录音。Microphone and Speech Recognition: dictate item names; no recording is kept.
• 通知：到期、拿走与场景提醒，以及小组件和实时活动的更新。Notifications: expiry, take-out and scene reminders, plus widget and Live Activity updates.
• 照片选择器：由系统提供，只返回你主动选择的图片。Photo picker: provided by the system; it returns only the images you select.

Fetchy 不请求通讯录、精确位置、健康、持续麦克风访问、广告标识（IDFA）或跨 App 追踪权限，也不使用 ATT 追踪授权。Fetchy does not request Contacts, precise location, Health, always-on microphone access, the advertising identifier (IDFA) or cross-app tracking permission, and does not use ATT tracking authorization.

05iCloud 同步iCloud sync

iCloud 同步默认关闭，需要手动开启，且属于高级版功能。开启后，物品、照片、位置、标签和场景会保存到你的个人 iCloud，并可在同一 Apple 账户的设备间同步。数据使用你自己的 iCloud 存储空间。iCloud sync is off by default, must be enabled manually, and is a Premium feature. When on, items, photos, locations, tags and scenes are stored in your personal iCloud and can sync between devices using the same Apple Account. It uses your own iCloud storage.

iCloud 由 Apple 提供并受 Apple 的条款与隐私政策约束。我们无法读取你 iCloud 中的物品库。关闭同步会停止后续同步，但不会自动删除已经在 iCloud 中的文件；这些文件需要你在 iCloud 设置中管理。iCloud is provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy. We cannot read the library in your iCloud. Turning sync off stops future syncing but does not automatically delete files already in iCloud; manage those in iCloud settings.

06通知、小组件与实时活动Notifications, widgets and Live Activities

提醒由本机安排，不经过我们的推送服务器。通知、主屏幕小组件、锁屏实时活动和灵动岛可能显示物品名称、照片、场景和清单进度。Reminders are scheduled locally and do not pass through a push server of ours. Notifications, Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen Live Activities and the Dynamic Island may show item names, photos, scenes and list progress.

你可以关闭通知、调整预览显示，或只保留需要的提醒。小组件与主 App 通过设备上的 App Group 共享数据，这一过程不涉及服务器。You can disable notifications, adjust previews, or keep only the reminders you need. Widgets and the main app share data through an on-device App Group; no server is involved.

07备份、导出与删除Backup, export and deletion

你可以在「设置 → 数据与存储」中导出本地备份，文件包含物品、照片、位置、标签、场景和时光机记录。备份保存在你选择的位置（例如「文件」App），其安全性取决于该位置和你自己的管理方式。本地备份导出始终免费。You can export a local backup in Settings → Data & Storage. It contains items, photos, locations, tags, scenes and Time Machine records. The file is saved wherever you choose (for example, the Files app); its security depends on that destination and how you manage it. Local backup export is always free.

高级版还可以导出 Excel 表格，包含照片、位置历史和数量变动，可能含有私人信息，请谨慎分享。删除的物品和位置照片会暂存在「时光机」，默认保留 30 天，可选择 7、30、90 或 365 天；超过期限会永久清理，也可以提前永久删除。Premium can also export an Excel workbook with photos, location history and quantity changes. It may contain private information, so share it carefully. Deleted items and location photos wait in Time Machine for 30 days by default, with 7, 30, 90 or 365-day options. After that they are permanently removed; you can also delete them permanently earlier.

删除 App 会移除本机数据。若开启了 iCloud 同步，云端副本仍需在 iCloud 中另行删除。已经导出的备份文件不受 App 删除影响，需要你自行处理。Deleting the app removes local data. If iCloud sync was on, the cloud copy must be deleted separately in iCloud. Exported backup files are unaffected by deleting the app and remain yours to manage.

08购买与订阅Purchases and subscriptions

高级版购买由 App Store 处理。我们不会接触你的银行卡、账单地址或支付密码；应用只读取 Apple 验证的购买权益。订阅会自动续期，可在 App Store 的账户设置中管理或取消；退款由 Apple 按其一贯政策处理。Premium purchases are handled by the App Store. We never see your card, billing address or payment password; the app only reads an Apple-verified entitlement. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Apple 对购买信息的处理适用 Apple 隐私政策。Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

09本网站This website

本网站是静态页面，托管在阿里云服务器上，服务器位置以实际部署区域为准。网站不使用 Cookie、广告、第三方统计或远程字体，也不收集你在页面上的行为用于画像或营销。This is a static website hosted on an Alibaba Cloud server; the server region depends on the deployment. The site uses no cookies, ads, third-party analytics or remote fonts, and does not profile or market to you based on behavior here.

与大多数网站一样，服务器会记录常规访问日志，可能包括 IP 地址、浏览器与设备信息、来源页面、访问时间、请求地址和响应状态。这些日志仅用于安全防护、滥用排查和故障诊断，不用于识别个人身份或投放广告。日志按服务器的轮转与保留设置短期保存，只有维护服务器所必需的人员可以访问。Like most websites, the server keeps standard access logs, which may include IP address, browser and device information, referring page, time, requested URL and response status. These logs are used only for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, not to identify you or serve ads. They are kept short-term under the server’s rotation and retention settings, with access limited to those who maintain the server.

页面会把你的语言偏好（中文或英文）保存在浏览器的 localStorage 中，以便下次打开时沿用。这个值不会发送到服务器，也不用于追踪。清除浏览器数据即可删除。The page stores your language preference (Chinese or English) in your browser’s localStorage so it is remembered next time. That value is not sent to the server and is not used for tracking. Clear your browser data to remove it.

网站包含指向 App Store、Apple 支持与 Apple 法律页面的外部链接。离开本站后，这些网站会按各自的隐私政策处理信息。The site links to the App Store and Apple support and legal pages. Once you leave, those sites handle information under their own privacy policies.

10儿童Children

Fetchy 不面向未满 14 周岁的儿童设计，也不需要账户。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如果儿童在设备上使用 Fetchy，物品内容仍只保存在该设备或家庭自己的 iCloud 中。若你认为我们持有了儿童的个人信息，请联系我们；由于我们不运营物品库服务器，通常无法访问这类内容。Fetchy is not directed to children under 14 and requires no account. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If a child uses Fetchy on a device, item content remains on that device or in the family’s own iCloud. If you believe we hold a child’s personal information, contact us; because we do not operate a library server, we generally cannot access that content.

11数据安全Security

物品库保存在 iOS 应用沙盒中，受设备密码和系统数据保护机制约束。iCloud 数据由 Apple 加密与保护。我们建议为设备设置密码，定期导出备份，并妥善保管备份文件。The library is stored in the iOS app sandbox and protected by your device passcode and system data protection. iCloud data is encrypted and protected by Apple. We recommend a device passcode, regular backups and careful storage of backup files.

没有任何存储方式能保证绝对安全。请勿通过邮件发送密码、验证码、完整备份或包含敏感信息的照片。No storage method is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full backups or photos containing sensitive information by email.

12你的选择与权利Your choices and rights

由于物品库保存在你的设备上，你可以直接在 App 内查看、修改、导出和删除物品与位置记录；在「时光机」中恢复或永久删除；在系统设置中关闭相机、麦克风、语音识别、照片和通知权限；在「数据与存储」中开启或关闭 iCloud 同步。Because the library is stored on your device, you can view, edit, export and delete items and locations in the app; restore or permanently delete records in Time Machine; turn off camera, microphone, speech, photo and notification permissions in system settings; and enable or disable iCloud sync in Data & Storage.

我们不出售你的个人信息，也不进行跨站跟踪或定向广告。若适用法律赋予你访问、更正、删除、限制处理或数据可携的权利，你可以通过上述 App 内控制实现，或写信到 460781159@qq.com 与我们联系。对于我们不持有的数据，我们会在合理范围内说明并提供可行的处理方式。We do not sell your personal information and do not run cross-site tracking or targeted advertising. If applicable law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, you can exercise them through the in-app controls above or write to 460781159@qq.com. Where we do not hold the data, we will explain that and offer a practical route where we can.

13变更与联系Changes and contact

当数据处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本页和 App 内的隐私政策，并修改顶部日期。重大变更会在 App 或本页显著提示；在法律要求时，我们会另行征求同意。When our data practices change, we will update this page and the in-app policy and revise the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or here, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
